This Sunday morning class is 75 minutes of restorative, Yin, and gentle yoga postures all thoughtfully compiled to create a serene and meditative experience. If you have an active yoga practice or aren’t a very active person, live in a high stress environment, or just have a fast paced job, this practice has benefits for everyone.
