At Honeysuckle Healing, I believe in transparency, honesty, and respect. Please review the following Terms & Conditions set forth to be fair and consistent for all my clients.

Booking Disclaimers

When booking with me, please take the following into account:

You are:

→ curious about the bridge between science and intuition.

→ seeking self-awareness, compassion, and clarity.

→ understanding that I am providing information and you are empowered to use your free will in deciding what to do with the information that I give you.

→ taking responsibility for your own actions and choices with the implementation of the guiding principles of the information provided.

I am:

→ a professional who is dedicated to continued learning in all areas of expertise.

→ a licensed massage therapist in the state of Oregon.

→ a student of astrology who provides readings based on my knowledge, expertise, experiences, and personal opinions.

I am not:

→ a licensed medical or psychiatric professional.

→ a fortune teller.

→ responsible or liable for your actions.

→ qualified to give legal, financial, medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. If you require such advice, then I am not the person you are looking for.

All readings are Final. All transactions for services rendered are final. No exceptions. Prices are subject to change.

Confidentiality Policy

As the creatrix and CEO of Honeysuckle Healing, I understand that our services are very personal and intimate. Given the level of trust needed to be vulnerable, I have created strict guidelines for privacy and confidentiality to be honored by all. Everything shared in the container is confidential.

Privacy is taken very seriously, and we use every precaution to protect your information. All information discussed during our session will never be shared with third parties without your express consent. The same applies to your digital information and data.

For all bodywork and energy healing (including Reiki), I meet and exceed the HIPAA requirements.

Inclusion Statement

At Honeysuckle Healing, this is a queer, neurodivergent woman owned and operated business.

We believe that every gender identity and sexual orientation is valid and every person is deserving of respect, dignity and access to health and wellness services.

We are always learning how to be more inclusive in our services and take feedback from our clients about how to improve.

AI Statement

At Honeysuckle Healing, we do not use any AI to create content. Nor does any personal information get fed into the AI database.

If there are any changes to this policy, or if some content happens to be AI generated than there will be a disclosure around that with full transparency.

Bodywork & In-Person Appointments

It is required to have a card on file to book and confirm your appointment.

Payment Methods & Arrangements

Payments are expected by the appointment start time for all services. Payment methods include:

→ Cash

→ Debit Card

→ Credit Card

→ Honeysuckle Healing Gift Card

Credit and Debit Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

Cancellation Policy

Every bodywork service requires preparation. If you need to cancel an appointment and do not wish to reschedule, submit notice 48-hours before your appointment starts.

Cancellation implies that no services will be rendered. A refund will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of the notice. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Clients who cancel after the 48-hour window has passed will not receive a refund. Please refer to the rescheduling policy as an alternative.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment:

· Up to 24 hours before the appointment → $15 rescheduling fee (One complimentary reschedule is available with a 48-hour notice)

· 24 hours until appointment time → $30 rescheduling fee

Failure to notify me will result in the aforementioned respective penalties.

Late Arrivals, Missed Appointments, and No Shows

Each session is action packed, and we promptly dive right in. To make the most of your session, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Being five minutes early ensures time for a complete verbal health update and maximizes bodywork time on table.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late, and do not communicate with us, we will forfeit your appointment and a refund will not be issued. You may reschedule under the missed appointment policy.

Missed Appointments

If you are more than 10 minutes late or miss your appointment and want to reschedule, requests are to be received via phone call, text, or email within an hour of the missed appointment start time. The missed appointment fee is $44, due at the time of booking your next new appointment. This applies to the first missed appointment only.

If you have missed two or more appointments, the no-show policy would apply.

No Call, No Show

If you missed your appointment and do not contact the office, you will be charged for the full price of your appointment with the card on file.

If No Call, No Show happens more than once, or are later than 15 minutes more than once, you will be required to pay a 25% percent deposit for your appointment up front; if it happens an additional time, the baseline deposit increases to a 50% deposit at booking.

In Case of an Emergency

In the case of an emergency, such as a health emergency or the death of an immediate family member, partner, friend, parent, child, or fur baby, or unexpected hospital-related incidences, or in the case of unexpected personal illness, please contact us via email at your earliest convenience to discuss your best options.

We work with you to waive the fees as applicable, but only with timely communication from you. Our time is valuable and so is yours.

We request emailed communication prior to the 48-hour window before appointment start time. It’s understood this is not always possible but to ensure equitable treatment and fair allocation of resources and time, this is the baseline expectation. Fees can be negotiated and waived at the discretion of the business and depending on the nature of the emergency if this 48 hour window minimum isn’t met.

There are always exceptions to these policies. Please contact us via [email protected] immediately to address the situation and review your options.

Virtual Appointments

It is required to have a card on file to book and confirm your appointment.
